Damages and issues
You will have 7 days to inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case if your item is damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a free replacement. No refunds are given in this case. Shipping fees will be paid by us. There is no need to return a faulty item. If you inspect your item later than 7 days after delivery, you are not eligible for a refund.

30-days money back guarantee
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days since your order is delivered to request a refund if your item works not as expected during normal use. This includes product condition issues upon arrival, installation issues, compatibility issues. To start a return process, you need to fill the form by the link below and wait 2-5 business days for an approval. If your refund request is approved, we will either send you a shipping label (only for the US orders), or you will have to ship the item by yourself, depending on the item you have purchased. In many cases you may not need to return the item to get a refund. In case of sending you a shipping label, the return fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount. The return shipping destination depends on a warehouse which has been used to fulfil your order. Depending on the items, it may be either US, EU or PRC. We will need you to share a return shipment tracking number. After the item is received and inspected, if all conditions mentioned above are met, we will refund you to the original payment method. Please note that we cannot refund to any other payment methods. Please consider we may reject your return request if you have not returned the item within 60 days after the return request was approved. In case of faulty or damaged items, we may approve a refund request without return.

Product does not fit
In case if the product does not fit your configuration, you are eligible for an exchange to any other product that might fit. You will pay the price difference or be refunded with the price difference. In case if you refuse an exchange, you can request a full refund. You will need to return the product. We will provide a shipping label (only for the US) and deduct a $10 restocking fee from the refund amount. In the "product does not fit" case, in order to approve your request, we will require a photo or video proof of the problem to make sure you do not abuse the refund policy.

Buyer's remorse
We do not accept buyer's remorse as a valid reason for refund/return. Examples of buyer's remorse include but not limited to: "changed my mind", "chose another option from another shop", etc. PayPal and card networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) do not accept buyer's remorse as a valid reason for refund as well. Please be mindful and decide carefully if you need an item before ordering it. However, in many cases we can provide a partial refund of 50% of the item cost. In this case we will provide you with a return shipping label (only for the US) and deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount. The above buyer's remorse policy does not work for the UK and EU countries. In case if you ordered to the UK or EU, you are eligible for the 14 day cooling off period, which is described below.

Warranty
Many items in our store include 1 or 2-years warranty, which allows you to replace a faulty item for free. In case if a faulty part of the item is replaceable separately, this part will be shipped to you for free instead of the whole new product. The warranty does not allow you to get a refund for the item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the products are being shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the digital receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Currently all items in our store are returnable. You can also claim a refund for the Extended Warranty if none of the products are used and all of them are returned.

Refund due to items not received
If your package has not arrived within 60 business days, you may request a full refund by contacting us via email. Please note that Paragon Faucets is not liable for replacing or refunding packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you wish to have the parcel re-shipped due to an address error.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If a refund has been requested but the customer fails to return the package within the specified time frame, Paragon Faucets reserves the right to close the refund request after 60 days of inactivity. Please note that refunds will not be processed unless the return is completed in accordance with our return policy. In case of damaged or faulty products, we process the requests without returns.
